If you are left wondering why that is, is because cheap prices could mean that the parlor is not really licenced and neither is the piercer. The very fact itself should scare the crap out of you that you could actually be suffering from piercings by an unaualified somebody and just so happens that they end up with shocking piercing related infections.

Most often it can really be told that by looking at their piercing prices you will really know what their experience is like in the field. If the establishment is charging an alarmingly small piercing prices it could mean that they are new in business & maybe they have no good qulalifications and deep knowledge of piercing and relevant experience. If you are actually not paying enough for piercings you should really consider swapping parlor or a bad infection can be given to you accidentally by that unqualified piercer and you will have heaps of trouble.
